i also was not there. as far as i know, there wasn’t a bloggers night for hunting and gathering. also, i don’t really understand beyond pointless antagonism what the point of this post is.

Hey, didn’t I have comment up here? Or did I think better of it before I did? For the record, I was busy in the centre of the universe – Melbourne town, for those who don’t know – doing something interesting, like reading Miroslav Holub or possibly Terry Pratchett or – given the time difference – possibly having my first coffee and cigarette of the morning. I appreciate your playing along and sense of humor. Minor quibble though, you misspell “centre.†That’s the King’s English, I believe. The quintessence of all, the center of the universe, is here in freeform Brooklyn.
“Centre” is how we spell it in the centre of the universe. English spelling for the English and all that.
