The Stephanie Powell DanceEnsemble in  A Celebration in Dance
The Stephanie Powell DanceEnsemble, Inc. Baltimore's newest professional 
dance company will be presenting a weekend of dance in honor of Black 
History Month.  The aim of SPDE is to enrich the cultural lives of the 
citizens of Maryland.  This multicultural company seeks to present 
dances which celebrate and affirm life through joyous and exciting 
dancing.  The performance on Sunday, February 5 will be a program of 
dances by children ages 7 -18 years old.  The children's program will 
feature over fifty young dancers who are currently studying dance.  The 
music for the concert will include classical, jazz, hip hop, and gospel 
music. 
All tickets $10
February 4 & 5 at 7:30PM  and 
February 6 at 3PM (children's program on Sunday  February 5)
