2000 MOVING ARTS PREMIERE ONE-ACT FESTIVAL  (Moving Arts)

Eight great new one-act plays presented in two programs--Evening Red and
Evening Blue!  While the 2000 Moving Arts One-Act Festival itself runs
through Dec. 3, the show on November 19 is Blue, with program as follows:
Pickup Lines by Rob Miller; New Shoes  by Sheila Callaghan; A Good Smoke by
Don Cummings; and Monsieur Felix Fox Fly by John Arnold.  Running time: 120

THE LEGACY PROJECT (Nicole Angileri)
Sunday Nov. 19 @ 6pm
The world premiere of Nicole Angileri's new solo show.  THE LEGACY PROJECT
is an interactive adventure into one woman's power to make a difference.
Plus there's--THIS is the show with the  cool funky tree made of steel
pipes that's been hiding behind a curtain for all the other shows at
LATC!!!  Running time:  45 min.  Tickets:  $5 with passport; $12 without

LAND-FALL (Croi - Theatre in Motion in association with Zoo District)
Sunday Nov. 19 @ 8pm
Land-fall is a delightful evening of original movement pieces, ranging from
the lyrical and dramatic GODDESS to the quirky comedy of WORK/PLAY.  One of
the major themes Land-fall explores is the dynamic of relationships, the
magnets that bring people together and the forces that pull them apart.
Croi (which means "heart" in Gaelic and is pronounced "cree") Theater in
Motion is a new movement ensemble based in Los Angeles, co-founded by Mark
Epstein and Milly Gallagher.  Their aesthetic and discipline have roots in
Japanese theatre, modern dance, stage combat, and Decroux technique, among
other influences.  Running time:  75 min.  Tickets:  $5 with passport; $15

The Los Angeles Theatre Center is located at 514 South Spring Street in
downtown Los Angeles.  There's a green gated parking lot on 6th between
Spring and Main, adjacent to theatre, and other parking lots on Spring.
