Hey Matt, count me in on Thursday night. I will bring, uh, chips. I'll be
renting a car so getting chips should be no problem. 

But I have bad news. Like the Wooly folks, I'll be somewhere in the air by
time of the chili cookoff on Sunday. Arrgghh! This breaks my heart. But I
don't think it can be avoided. I will leave behind a chili recipe and enough
attitude to make water boil. You haven't heard the last of the Chili King. No
way.
